The LOU CALEN villa was completely renovated in spring 2023. It is located high up, a 2-minute walk from the beach. The panoramic view is exceptional. The layout was designed to spend vacation time with family or friends while preserving privacy for everyone. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms as well as a heated swimming pool.
On the garden level, the interior living spaces, living room, dining room and kitchen are open to each other. These three spaces open onto a large terrace with a sea view. This terrace is equipped with a bioclimatic pergola for meals taken outside and an awning to shade a deckchair and outdoor lounge area. A double master bedroom equipped with shower room and toilet enjoys a beautiful sea view.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, ice maker, 90cm electric oven, induction hob, bean coffee machine…
On the pool floor, 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds overlook the swimming pool beach. Each room is equipped with a bathroom. The sunrise over the sea can be contemplated from the beds… A dormitory for sleeping 8 children or teenagers (90x200cm bunk beds) is located on the SOUTH side of the villa. A bathroom equipped with a shower and double sinks is adjoining this dormitory.
A games/video room (sofa, coffee table and large television) is available to young people.
A fully equipped laundry room is located on the ground floor of the swimming pool: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cellar, Nespresso coffee maker.
The villa is equipped with 2 WCs on each level and wifi terminals.
Outdoor Facilities :
Outside the villa is equipped with garden furniture and a large plancha. Two play areas have been set up: pétanque court and ping-pong table.
The swimming pool can be heated and is equipped with an alarm. An outdoor shower (hot water) allows you to rinse off, including when returning from the beach…
The parking spaces are closed by electric gates. These 4 parking spaces are equipped for charging electric vehicles: 1 fast charging station and 3 dedicated green up charging sockets. The site is equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm and video remote surveillance.
